WASHINGTON, VA, June 6, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Abeer Alsobahi, Public Affairs Officer for the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of public affairs.

With six years of experience, Ms. Alsobahi specializes in promoting the image of Saudi Arabia in the United States, managing outreach and visits to the embassy from schools, organizations and business groups, answering questions, rendering business options and visa information, overseeing preparation for public relation events, conferences and black tie dinners at the Embassy and graphic designing including brochures and posters. She became involved in her profession because she felt that this was a good challenge to her to show how Saudi women can be instrumental in the field and attributes her success to the support she receives from her husband, family, and Mr. Nail Aljubier, the director of the information office.

Ms. Alsobahi received her Master's Degree in Interior Design from Marymount University and her Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from American University. She is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the International Interior Design Association, the National Association of Professional Women and the Specialty Graphic Imaging Asociation.
