• Automatic Web Form Filler allows the dealer to pre-populate fields in almost any form with data that has already been entered into the ADPro system. This means no retyping of customer, vehicle or transaction information when the dealers use their various online resources such as CAC, DealerTrack, Carfax, or Online DMV forms.
• Integrated Accounting allows dealers to add expenses to a vehicle and then automatically show that expense in the Accounts Payable section. Creating a check for a vehicle expense would automatically appear on the total cost of that vehicle. Other accounting capabilities such as deposits and bank reconciliation are handled here as well.
• Digital Deal Jacket houses all the documents related to a sales transaction and allows dealers to store, email, fax or reprint any scanned documents related to the deal. So in addition to the paper deal jacket dealers maintain now, they can now house digital versions of the buyer's driver's license, insurance card, finance stips, or vehicle titles electronically in the Digital Deal Jacket.
