With 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Mukawa, specializes in mortgage and retirement planning. As a certified financial and mortgage planner at Equity² LLC, he is responsible for working with clients to improve their financial situations. He helps homeowners with their long- and short-term planning by providing strategies for safety, liquidity and rate of return. Prior to attaining his current position, Mr. Mukawa worked as a financial advisor for American Express Financial Advisors. Mr. Mukawa completed coursework at the Shidler College of Business Administration of the University of Hawaii and received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the same university in 1971. A member of the Financial Planning Association, he is a 1996 recipient of the District Sales and Marketing Award. Mr. Mukawa hopes to retire and become a consultant.
