HOUSTON, TX, July 23, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joe E. Allbright, President of the non-profit Joe E. Allbright Evangelistic Association, Inc. for 30 years, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in biblical counseling.

Dr. Allbright, an ordained minister for forty years, knows first-hand the pain of being bruised by circumstances, by people, and by his own wrong choices. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as His personal Savior at age ten, but had no one to help him apply biblical teachings on how to overcome severe emotional hurts he suffered throughout his childhood. In spite of his hidden hurts, out of his love for the Lord, he willingly surrendered to God's call to the ministry. While seeking to help others overcome their problems, he experienced personally the joy of being liberated by God's grace and power through the application of the same biblical principles he teaches in his counseling book, "Liberating the Bruised", other teaching materials, and workshops. His own complete liberation from spiritual bondage as well as the testimonies of hundreds of individuals he has helped can attest to the authenticity of his teachings. Joe pastored several churches over a period of eight years before feeling led by the Lord in 1977, 30 years ago, to devote his time largely to his present counseling ministry combined with offering his preaching ministry in various churches upon invitation.

Dr. Allbright received his Doctor of Ministry from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary, having previously received his Master of Theology from American Bible College & Seminary, and his Diploma in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
