BAILEY, NC, September 2, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Steven Kent Strange, President of Home Sweet Home Property Management and Reality, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

Mr. Strange has 15 years of overall professional experience. As president of Home Sweet Home Property Management and Reality, he is in charge of managing business operations, finding and acquiring properties, remodeling, and subsidizing funding. He also obtains loans and grants to purchase different real estate properties, screens tenants, and assists them with employment and Section 8 applications.

When he started out in the real estate business, Mr. Strange only had one townhouse property that he ended up losing to Hurricane Floyd in 1999. Because of his determination and persistence, he now owns 14 properties. He owns and operates the business with his wife, Nadine, who runs the administrative side of the business. He started his career in the engineering field and later ventured into pharmaceuticals, which enhanced him to work and continue his education as well.

In 2002, Mr. Strange received his Master of Business Administration from Rochville University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Accounting in 1997 from East Carolina University. He is the founder and executive director for the Housing Development Foundation of North Carolina, and received the National Leadership Award in 2006.
