ABINGDON, MD, September 7, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Breal L. Madison Sr., Administrative Officer for Army Operations Activity, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in military staffing.

With 31 years of professional experience, Mr. Madison is considered an expert in human resources management. In 2004, he assumed his current position at Army Operations Activity, where he is the Chief in the HR department. His responsibilities include staffing, conducting organizational inspections, writing and enforcing policy and procedures, and supervising personnel activity. Previously, Mr. Madison served in the U.S. Army; after being assigned to HR, he realized that he had found his calling in working with people and thus decided to devote his career to that field. Determined to make a contribution even as a civilian, he attributes his success to always trying to do right by people and being a good steward of customer service.

Mr. Madison looks forward to pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, at Capella University this fall. He earned his Master of Business Administration in 2002 from Webster University while attending the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. He is affiliated with the U.S. Army and the Society of Human Resource Management, and volunteers regularly in his local church. In five years, Mr. Madison aspires to become a Senior Executive Services Member while working for the Federal Government.
