People Stay 100 Years Online with The Eternal Picture

Interactive image helps users become stars in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and YouTube

VARNA, BULGARIA, October 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Eternal Picture, a new people-promoting service, is now offering everyone the unique opportunity to both gain popularity on the Internet and become a part of the only mega picture of the 21st century, has been announced today. The project will keep all participants online for a lifetime, according to its 100 Year Guarantee.

The tool is designed to improve anyone's online presence - from people who just want to expose their personality and find friends, to freelancers and artists. Its multipurpose use will allow people to express themselves, to share their creative work, to stay 24/7 accessible, or just to save memories through the years.

"Online, a silent war is going on - and it's the attention war," said Orlin Marinov, co-founder of TheEternalPicture.com. "If you take a closer look at the social networking game you see so many people trying to "pop up on top". They're easy to recognize - extremely active users who spend long hours on adding new friends, posting links, writing comments. Many also pay regularly just to move higher in a list as "featured" or "sponsored". Now we give a new horizon to the attention warriors. And a brand new weapon."

"I believe people will get the difference about our project. It's no more about pixel advertising - it's about gathering a global image of the "heroes" and the spirit representing our era - and we'll keep it for life," said Hovhannes Vardevanyan, co-founder. "It's 2009 - the beginning of our century. When you look at a picture taken 100 years back in the time, it will make you smile. The same smile will appear in 2109 - when someone looks at The Eternal Picture."

The Eternal Picture is based on a large, interactive mosaic that consist of many little pictures showing different people from different places. The whole image is divided in 10x10 pixel blocks - each picture occupies one or more of the 10,000 blocks available. By hovering the mouse pointer over a picture, the visitor will see a larger version of the image, and one click will take him to the most of the person shown - usually a profile page on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, MySpace, SoundClick, Flickr, etc.

As the participants are allowed to update their links regularly, they will remain constantly accessible and up-to-date for everyone who might be interested in their work or personality.
