As president, she is in charge of developing and implementing public relations campaigns for established and developing artists and businesses.

With over 30 years in the public relations field, Ms. McMullen worked as Elton John's North American publicist for 17 years. She also enjoyed success in achieving a resurgence of recognition for the legendary Roy Orbison during his comeback years in the mid-eighties. Ms. McMullen has 10 years of experience working with digital music and entertainment technology accounts including nine years with Audible Magic and (currently) music and video entertainment Web 2.0 site, SonicSwap (www.sonicswap.com). Ms. McMullen also has ongoing representation of renowned teen jazz prodigy, Matt Savage (www.savagerecords.com) and the Matt Savage Trio.

Prior to establishing her own company in 1985, Ms. McMullen was vice president of Rogers & Cowan Public Relations where she represented such clients as Rod Stewart and Duran Duran. She attributes her success to her education, her mentorship under the late Ronnie Lippin (a leader in the field of public relations) and the support she receives from her colleagues.

In 1974, Ms. McMullen received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in English and Secondary Education. She is an executive board member of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and is on the Advisory Board of the Matthew Shepard Foundation. Ms. McMullen is also a member of the Public Relations and Communications Professionals Association, the Writers Guild of America West and Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Organization of Houston.
