TechTurn Installs World's First Microsoft Refurbisher Server Operating System

    AUSTIN, TX, October 23, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Today TechTurn loaded the inaugural Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Server operating system license in Austin Texas. TechTurn is proud to be the first refurbisher to install the official Microsoft Server operating system worldwide.

Lori Aulds, Regional Sales Manager, and Michael Warren, Account Manager, both from Microsoft were on site for the event of placing the inaugural certificate of authenticity on a TechTurn rebuilt server. The Server licensing capability allows us to offer a whole new set of solutions that are extremely appealing to our customers. Our custom configured, Rebuilt servers preinstalled with Windows Server 2003 R2 for Refurbished Servers provides our customers a good-as-new server for about one third the cost of new. The program from Microsoft allows select refurbishers, such as TechTurn, to re-load genuine Microsoft operating systems on refurbished computers.
