DANA POINT, CA, November 4, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Veena Grover, Taekwondo, Cardio Kick and Yoga Instructor, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in yoga and martial arts instruction.

As a taekwondo, cardio kick and yoga instructor, Ms. Grover is responsible for teaching yoga to students at the beach or their residence according to their level of experience and instructing tennis club members. Prior to working independently, she worked for the Heathwood Nursing Home in Buffalo, NY. Her career began when she was a psychology teacher in India and moved to United States in 1966. She then moved with her husband to California and also worked as an office manager. She holds a first and second degree black belt in Taekwondo and attributes her success to the support she receives from her family.

Ms. Grover received her bachelor of arts in psychology and bachelor of teaching from Khalsa College and completed training in occupational therapy. She is a member of Yoga Alliance International, Ananda Yoga, ATA and Fit Bodies. A recipient of an Honors Award from the Mental Health Association of Orange County, she intends to continue motivating people of all ages who need guidance.
