As the CEO of United Capital Investments Inc., Mr. Chetal is responsible for managing finance, real estate and investments. Throughout his 30-year career, he has organized, supervised and managed construction projects internationally and has hands-on experience with design standards and methodologies in a number of countries. He has worked as a design engineer and project manager for the design and construction of highways, bridges, tunnels and high-rise office buildings. He attributes his success to his focused nature and persistence.

Mr. Chetal received his master of science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972 and his bachelor of arts in civil engineering from Gauhati University in India. A licensed professional engineer in the states of California and Washington, he is also a licensed real estate broker in California. He hopes to do consulting and manage another big project as well as volunteer for nonprofit organizations and become involved in community activities.
