Cazares, Owner and Entrepreneur of Mama's Plantation, Rozie's Balloons and Flowers and Mama's Gospel Records and Tapes, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

As the owner of Mama's Plantation, Rozie's Balloons and Flowers and Mama's Gospel Records and Tapes, Ms. Cazares is responsible for overseeing operations of all three businesses, managing finance, staffing and baking her famous sweet potato pies. Most of her business ventures have come as a result of assisting family members. Ms. Cazeres inherited from her mother, Dr. Rosemary Redmon Cosby, a church named Faith Temple Pentecostal Church. To continue her mother's legacy, she re-named it Mama's Temple Pentecostal Church. Ms. Cazares and her husband, Mark, are now co-pastors of this church. She attributes her success to her love for people and desire to make a difference.

Ms. Cazares holds an associate's degree in business and is a member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce. She hopes to establish more businesses in her community.
