KANSAS CITY, MO, December 2, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Celtina K. Reinert, Pharmacist at the Student Health Pharmacy of the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Sastun Center of Intergrative HealthCare, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmacy.

As a pharmacist at the Student Health Pharmacy of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Dr. Reinert is responsible for dispensing medications and answering questions from patients, students and nurse practitioners, updating students and practitioners of new and changing information on medications, providing dietary supplement information and collaborating and communicating with local providers to provide students access to pharmaceutical care. She also works with a variety of other practitioners as an integrative pharmacist at Sastun Center, a holistic medical center providing dietary supplement consultations and administrating a therapeutic lifestyle program using a low-glycemic index diet, exercise, stress management and supplements to help patients in attaining better health with fewer medications. She attributes her success to her hard work and caring nature toward people.

Dr. Reinert completed her fellowship in Natural Products Information and Research at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Drug Information Center in 2008 from which she received her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2006. She is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Pharmacists Association.
