Specializing in mechanics and woodworking, Mr. Powell has 40 years of experience in his profession. As the owner of Euromerican Woodworks, he designs custom solid hard wood furniture, shadow boxes and unique items. Prior to his current position, Mr. Powell served in the United States Army in the 1980s and during the Iraq war. Along with managing his woodworking business, he also works for the State of Arizona as an Electronics Technician on Cisco equipment.

A founding member of The National Museum of the United States Army, Mr. Powell is an affiliate of the Association of the United States Army, the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, The American Legion, the American Legion Riders, the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, the Patriot Guard Riders, the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council and the Harley Owners Group.
He was recognized for his military service with various medals. He contributes to Arizona Gold Star Families and charities that benefit children and the military.
