NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV, January 4, 2010, Dr. Sarah Jane Batchelor has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare.

With 23 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Batchelor specializes in mental health, bereavement counseling, oncology, chemotherapy, hematology, wound care and addiction services. As the director of Comfort Hospice Care, she is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Las Vegas site.

Since moving to the United states in 2002 Ms. Batchelor has conducted various presentations and lectures on a variety of topics including orientation programs, wound care programs, customer care, addiction, diabetes, first aid, menopause, reflexology, hyperbaric and detox. Dr. Batchelor received her Ph.D. in Science with a major in Nursing, and MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Greenwich. She is pursuing her certification in case management and holds certifications in forensics, addiction counseling and reflexology. She also holds an ISO certification and earned her license in nursing in the United Kingdom. Dr. Batchelor is a member of multiple groups and organizations.

In 2009, she received the Rising Star Award; in 2004 and 2006, she was presented with the Nomination of Dimes Award. She also received an Award of Merit from the Oxford Guardian Newspaper in 2002 and was presented with the Ambassador Customer Care Award in 1993 and 1994. She is looking forward in developing the palliative care services in Las Vegas and raising the bar with an avid interest in alternative medicine.
