He is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and sales, and handling marketing, quoting and engineering. Mr. Worden became involved in his profession after recognizing the growth potential of the plastics engineering technology, and he attributes his success to his hard work and determination.

Mr. Worden received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1979.
