With 40 years of experience in his field, Mr. Cobb specializes in insurance defense law and product liability. As a lawyer, he is responsible for maintaining a defense litigation practice that encompasses automobile and product liability, life and health insurance, commercial and medical malpractice, and workers' compensation laws. Prior to his current position, he served in the United States Air Force as an airman second class.

In 1969, Mr. Cobb received a Bachelor of Law from the Mississippi College School of Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University. For the past 20 years, he has been a chairman for the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA. A member of the Boy Scouts of America board of directors, Mr. Cobb is a former president of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He has held additional leadership positions in the Gulfport Long Beach Optimist Club, the Harrison County Republican Club, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harrison County.
