DENVER, CO, February 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Registration is now open for the 11th Annual Innovative Technologies for Corrections Conference, hosted by the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center (NLECTC) June 21-23, 2010 at the Westin Beach Resort, Fort Lauderdale, FL.

According to Joe Russo, Assistant Director of NLECTC, the conference will provide participants with a unique opportunity to learn from their colleagues about the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies, to get a glimpse at technologies on the horizon and to network with technology providers and fellow practitioners.

"Technology to assist correctional agencies in their mission performance is expanding rapidly. This conference brings together a diverse group of practitioners, developers and experts from across the country. What brings them to this conference is their common interest in new technology and to share lessons learned about selecting, implementing and evaluating technology in the correctional setting," says Russo.
