Mr. Knapp has 16 years of overall professional experience. As the owner of Paragon Home Inspectors, LLC, he is in charge of residential and commercial construction. His daily responsibilities include generating new business, marketing, conducting home inspections, and monitoring air quality and duct cleaning. He also negotiates and establishes contracts, does accounting, follows up estimates and clients at the completion of projects, and manages one employee and a current condominium complex project.

In 2005, Mr. Knapp received his Master's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2000 from Western New England College, and is currently pursuing his State of New York code licensure. Additionally, he is a licensed home inspector in the State of New York, and completed training at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. A certified educational staff associate and certified indoor air quality Specialist, Mr. Knapp is a member of the Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce, and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
