With nearly two decades of legal experience, Paul M. Prior to forming Spizzirri Law Offices, Mr. Spizzirri led an impressive legal career spanning 12 years. In 2002, Mr. Spizzirri joined the International law firm of Duane Morris, LLP as a partner where his practice focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate law and Tax law until leaving in 2004 to start his own firm. Prior to joining Duane Morris, LLP as a partner, Mr. Spizzirri was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he delivered complex tax consulting to corporate and private equity clientele including Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Bankruptcy Restructurings and Transaction Advisory Services. Between 1997 and 2000 Mr. Spizzirri worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and at Deloitte Touche, LLP in its National Transactions Group. He began his legal career predominantly in tax litigation where he spent nearly four years in government service for the department of revenue.

Mr. Spizzirri is a 2006 graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management where he earned a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (M.A.F.M.). In 1997 he graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, IL where he earned a post-doctorate (LL.M.) in Taxation. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 1992 and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1989 from the University of South Dakota. Mr. Spizzirri earned his Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A) from The University of Iowa in 1988. Mr. Spizzirri considers his constant attention to personal development to be a driving force in his success.
