After serving in the U.S. Air Force for two decades, Jennifer Maynard retired from her post as superintendent for the wing commander and established Wantful Needs Properties, LLC to buy tax and deed liens in counties and search for buyers.

Recognized for her computer research skills, Ms. Maynard holds an associate degree in information management from Community College of the Air Force and an associate degree in social psychology from Park University. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in technical management from DeVry University.

She attributes the success she found in both fields to her work ethic, focus, and determination to be independent.
