With 25 years of experience in his field, Mr. Bank is an expert in polygraph and private investigation. In his positions at Confidential Polygraph & Investigation Inc. and American Investigative Group, he is responsible for conducting private investigations including lie detection, surveillance for matrimonial and corporate cases, and undercover operations for fraud, and finding missing people. A leading polygraph examiner in the United States, he also works with the Legal Aid Society in New York. He previously worked as a detective and chief polygraph examiner at the Queens District Attorney's Office and served as an expert witness for the Amadou Diallo case. Mr. Bank also served as a film consultant on "Meet the Parents" and worked with Robert DeNiro.

Mr. Bank completed coursework in polygraph at the Backster School of Lie Detection and training at the Rockland County Police Academy. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1981. He is a member of the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association, Inc., the American Polygraph Association and the American Association for Police Polygraphists. Mr. Bank hopes to expand his investigation business and bodyguard program and open offices in Florida and California.
