A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Julie Catherine Tawney works at West Virginia Junior College Charleston Campus as the Career Services Director. Now thriving in her first year, she hones her expertise is in public relations while performing networking, job placement, public relations and event planning functions.
