Throughout her life, she has devoted herself to a yogic lifestyle and Vedic traditions including Sanskrit, yogic philosophy and practice, sattvic vegetarian cooking, organic agriculture, and animal protection. Her goal is to help others experience a deepening of their soul through a disciplined physical and mental yogic practice.
Hita received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Prescott College, AZ in 1998. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor through the Sivananda Yoga School in the Bahamas, a member of the Yoga Alliance USA and a Registered Yoga Teacher.
