Mr. Gerardin has 22 years of overall professional experience. As the CEO of Database Architechs, he is in charge of managing projects, accounts and executive leadership activities, and overseeing research and development. He also develops products, strategies and partnerships, and assesses performance and tuning for Microsoft SQL Server, and the Sybase and Oracle databases. His prior work experience includes various executive and senior positions in various software vendor and professional services organizations such as Sybase Inc. and Siebel Systems, Inc. in Europe. Mr. Gerardin has also successfully found six companies and launched service units in France and Europe.

While with Sybase and Siebel, Mr. Gerardin received numerous achievement and performance awards as well as achieved 100 percent in sales for five consecutive years. He also received the Best Software Package Award in 2005, and Award of Achievement in 2002, from Siebel Systems, Inc. In 1997, he received the Award of Achievement in Education. Additionally, he received the Educator of the Year Award in 1993. Mr. Gerardin earned his Master's Degree in Computer Science in 1990, and is a member of the San Francisco Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
