She has been the president of Olson Emergency Nurse Consulting for the past nine years. In her position, she manages business operations, contracts and referrals. She oversees the placement of nurses in emergency room leadership positions and provides expert opinions and witness related to emergency nursing care. Inspired to enter her field by her grandmother, who was also a nurse, she attributes her success to her passion for excellence in the field of nursing.

A registered nurse, Ms. Olson-Lovvorn is pursuing a dual master's degree in nursing and MBA. The recipient of a Six Sigma Green Belt, she is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and trauma nurse care curriculum. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and the Emergency Nurses Association. Ms. Olson-Lovvorn supports the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
