Following her 23-year tenure at The Coca-Cola Company in information technology and project management, Erin McCurry decided to utilize her invaluable experience in private business. In May of 2009, she started Partners to Maximize Performance, a professional services firm specializing in training and development, organizational change and management consultation. As Founder and CEO, she draws upon her expertise in organizational project management to render such services as well as to generate new business opportunities for her company.

On a daily basis, she designs new course instruction, conducts classroom and webinar training, coaches individuals in the field of project management, and delivers preparation courses for certification in project management. Recognized for her self-motivation and integrity, she notes that her professional success has largely been driven by her constant desire to learn and improve. She regards the highlight of her career to be having improved the global IT project methodology and increased project-related capabilities for The Coca-Cola Company. This process entailed designing a multi-pronged experience-based project management curriculum with tools, multiple training mediums, assessments, mentoring, coaching and forums.

Ms. McCurry holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She is also a proud member of the Project Management Institute, Inc., American Society for Training & Development, Association for Strategic Planning, and Organization Change Alliance.
