Prior to joining Goodrich, LLC, Mr. Fieramosca worked as a platform executive for Chrysler, Vice President of Operations for the Simplex Time Recorder Company, Vice President of Operations for Tyco Safety Products, and Vice President of Technical Operations and Quality for Mercury Computer Systems, Inc.

Mr. Fieramosca has an excellent track record for executive positions in overseeing various companies and operations. He is known for his proven ability to train and lead large, successful teams of cross-functional business personnel. His expertise includes large-scale personnel management, mergers, acquisitions, plant restructuring, logistics and distribution. He became involved in his profession because of his work experience, and he attributes his success to his interpersonal and leadership skills.

Mr. Fieramosca received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in 1976. In addition to his formal education, he has earned his Lean Six Sigma Certification.
