Ms. Cook graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and completed graduate work at the University of California, Berkeley. Honors of which she is a recipient include a Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Jewish Community Organization Personnel, a Founder's Medallion from Hebrew Union College, a Trustee's Citation from UC Berkeley, and the Lloyd W.
