A 35-year veteran of investment management, Hal B. Howard, Jr. established his own eponymous investment consulting firm in 1999. As the sole proprietor, he worked with clients to meet their investment objectives by advising them and managing their portfolios. During his 25-year career with T. Rowe Price, Inc., he occupied the positions of Vice President and Director.

Mr. Howard is a Certified Investment Counselor. He earned his Master of Business Administration Degree in 1954 from Harvard Business School. His Bachelor's Degree was in International Relations from Yale University in 1946. He is Founder of the Crawford-Howard Foundation in Memphis, where he is also on the Board of Trustees of Elmwood Cemetery. Recently, he was honored by Cambridge Who's Who as Professional of the Year in Investment Counseling.
