Subsequently, he spent 10 years working for IT services companies in CFO positions with a focus on the implementation of operational action plans to improve profitability and cash flow. Mr Lefevre also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Lefevre graduated with honors from the University of Chicago, where he received an MBA. He also earned a Master's degree in Auditing and Consulting from the Paris Graduate School of Management (ESCP Europe). In the future, he hopes to move towards a general management position.
