Burg Simpson Shareholder Appointed Chair of the Colorado Judicial Institute Membership Committee

Mr. Hersh is serving his second three-year term on the Board of Directors and will spearhead new initiatives to grow the organization's membership.

Speaking of his appointment, Mr. Hersh said, "I am thrilled to have been appointed Chair of the Membership Development Committee. As an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan citizen's group, the CJI plays a unique role in helping to promote judicial excellence, the continued independence of Colorado's courts, and education of the citizens of Colorado about their judicial system."
