Orthodontist in Bergen County Strongly Suggests Bringing Your Child to the Orthodontist by the Age of 7

Local orthodontist Dr Aminyar strongly believes that a simple visit can be the start to a wonderful healthy smile.

BOGOTA, NJ, August 12, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ever wonder how many people are not satisfied with their smiles? Many people are indeed not satisfied with their smiles for many reasons. The main reason is that a lot of people wish they had straighter teeth. There is no need to continue feeling this way when there are services of an orthodontist available. A person may be interested in these services for not only cosmetic reasons but as well as health reasons. Patients from New Jersey and New York have trusted in Dr. Aminyar's orthodontic field for many years. Dr. Aminyar says: "There is no need for someone to be unhappy with their teeth when there are many different orthodontic techniques in order for it to be corrected."

There are many reasons someone should consider braces, such as crowded and crooked teeth. Having such things makes it very hard to clean and maintain healthy teeth, which could result in periodontal disease. Although braces are usually put on for the straightening of teeth, they also can correct abnormal wear of tooth surfaces, misalignment of the jaw joints, inefficient chewing functions, and added stress on the gum tissue and the bone that supports the teeth. Also, if one is focused on their physical appearance than Invisalign will be best. Invisalign works just like braces but are clear and no one will notice.

It is recommended that children see an orthodontist starting at the age of 7, especially when there is a family history of crooked teeth and malocclusions. Remember it is a lot easier to prevent something rather than fixing what's already been affected. Having a visit with an orthodontist takes an advantage of the still growing bones of the jaw and pending eruption of the permanent teeth, also making future corrections take effect more smoothly and quickly. Along with Dr. Aminyar, Dr Sherzoy has stated that "no one is ever too old for braces, or to fix their orthodontic problems." More and more adults are seeking orthodontic treatment, because they are eager for a more attractive smile, healthier gums, and achieving the relief of the jaw joint pain.
