With 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Stout serves as a safety specialist for RJS, Inc., while also owning and managing Daniel Revelation Bible Studies. In his position with RJS, Inc., he conducts safety training and education for various companies, trains employees on driver safety and building safety including Hazmat, lifting, bending and evacuation, presents lectures and conducts quiz programs within the work place. He has worked with several large companies and remains abreast the changes within the laws and regulations related to safety in Ohio. An expert in the field, he is certified to teach all employees, ranging from hourly wage workers to supervisors and managers.

While RJS, Inc. is a safety training center, Daniel Revelation Bible Studies is an online religious education center that offers Bible study programs, including the prophecies of Daniel and the Revelation. As the owner, Mr. Stout leads anger management, career placement and spiritual guidance programs. For 10 years, he counseled prison inmates, helping them develop a sense of direction in education, self worth, community development, anger management, career placement and spiritual guidance.

Mr. Stout is pursuing a Master's Degree in Counseling at the University of Dayton in Ohio. He is a certified safety specialist, certified alcohol breath analysis technician, certified urine testing technician. and he holds a certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration. A member of the National Geographic Society, the American Safety Association, and Wake-Up America Seminars, he attained the Bravo Zulu Award for Excellent Service along with five years of safety awards from Federal Express, and 15 years of safety awards from United Parcel Service. He was also A-rated by the Clark State Tractor Trailer Driving School. He volunteers his time to contributing to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, The Salvation Army and various charitable organizations. In the future, he intends to complete his master's degree in counseling and venture into suicide prevention counseling. He would also like to increase the exposure for his Christian bible study website, as he offers over 200 classes in study of the prophecies of Daniel and Revelations.
