As a program manager for the team, Dr. Kashyap is responsible for ensuring successful and timely completion of the critical Care medicine research projects, productive team work and efficient resource management. In India, Dr. Kashyap received an MBBS from the Madurai Medical College in 2005. After graduating from medical school, he trained as a junior resident in EM at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) New Delhi, India, a premier medical education and research institution. As the vice president of the Mayo Research Fellows Association (MRFA), he is actively involved in the welfare, academic and cultural activities for Research Fellows at Mayo Clinic. He is also a member of AAEMI (American Academy for Emergency Medicine in India), which has been actively promoting the development of Emergency Medicine, with the goal to improve medical care for the people of India.
