EDGEWATER, FL, October 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Constane G. Palinsky, a Hypnosis Counselor with Releasing the Inner You, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in all her life's endeavors.
Constance G. Palinsky was born on May 31, 1927 to George and Genevieve Ignace. Her parents, who were of Hungarian, Polish, and Prussian descent, taught her that anything can be achieved if you really want it. Connie's father was a tool grinder by trade and had a passion for art, music and inventions. Her mother was a perfectionist and a loving but strict childcare giver who was a beautiful vocalist, accomplished pianist, and great sales shopper.
During her late teens, Connie developed an interest in hypnosis while studying the arts of Egypt. This led her to investigate the works of Freud, Charcot, Jung, Coue' and Silva. As a result, extensive hypnosis studies became her passion. In July 1947, she married Joseph Palinsky, a master tool and die maker and supervisor at General Motors (GM). Together, they had three sons. As the boys grew, Connie owned and operated Conne' Studios of Professional Oil Painting on Photographs from 1960-1970, and then The Palinsky Gallery of Arts and Antiques from 1970-1980. During this period, Connie and three other artists used hypnosis, in a method similar to automatic writing, to paint and have their works accepted for museum exhibits and juried art shows. Connie also traveled to public schools where she taught 4th, 5th, and 6th graders 'how to feel texture with their eyes."
Due to Connie's interest in learning about and developing the unknown, many individuals asked her if she knew of any psychic groups in their area. Having completed Silva Mind Control training and much group work, Connie established the International Psychic Arts Research Foundation. The group consisted of more than 40 individuals from all walks of life. And all of them shared one purpose -- to research and expand on psychic phenomena. Around this time, Connie developed the scripts for the meditation circles, created The Hypnotechnology Center to further her hypnosis training and certification as a professional, and embarked on training as an electroencephalograph researcher to understand the effects that words can have on the brain and body.
A year later, after falling on an icy patch of cement in which she broke six ribs and sustained a blood clot from internal bleeding, she was forced to close the Center. Yet, in two weeks, the doctors could find no evidence of the clot. Connie believes that her knowledge, training and skill in hypnosis allowed her to heal herself in record time. Upon her husband's retirement, they spent three years traveling around in a motor coach. When they returned home, Connie took a job as an assistant manager at a prestigious jewelry store. However, within six months, she left that job and joined her psychotherapist friend Dr. Dianne Dailey at the Dailey Life Center, a counseling and therapy clinic, where she worked as Senior Hypnotherapy Counselor for 18 years. When Connie turned 70 years old, she thought of retiring, but the work still enthralled her.
Today, Connie serves as a Hypnosis Counselor with Releasing the Inner You, a membership organization for self-improvement of the mind, body and soul as well as the provision of services for neuro-linguistic practitioners.
Connie's extensive educational accomplishments in the field of hypnosis include: Master Certification in The National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. Over the years, Connie has served as a presenter for the National Guild of Hypnotists, the Leidecker Institute in Schaumburg, IL, Chicago Professional Hypnotists, The American Board of Hypnotherapy, and numerous professional and nonprofit organizations. She has been a member of the Association to Advance Ethical Hypnosis Advanced Training and has been listed in Marquis Who's Who in Medicine and Health Care, and Cambridge, England's International Who's Who of Professional and Business Women. In 1999, she was the cover feature in The Journal of Hypnotism and in 2000, was inducted into the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame in Blue Bell, PA and, the same year, received the Hypnotherapist Sealah Award.
To better express her creative side, Connie completed coursework in oil and watercolor painting, drawing and slab sculpture at the Flint Institute of Arts in Michigan, where she later served as a presenter and demonstrator of different art forms. She also studied printmaking with John Davies, and Oriental brush drawing at the Oriental Artists School. In recognition of her work, she received the Michigan Professional Photography Association's Oil Colorist of the Year Award and numerous other art awards between the 1960-1970.
To date, Connie has published "Mysteries, Theories and Secrets Revealed" (2009), "Guide to Healing Lite Touch" (2009), "Allow Yourself to Feel Smoke Free" (2008), "Designing Hypnosis Scripts for Relief of M.S." (1991), "Secrets Revealed" (1989), "Psychic Healing Touch", "How-to-Record Self Improvement Tapes" (1990), and an article in "Forte' Magazine" (1977). Her current works are available on Amazon.com.
In the near future, she would like to complete both her autobiography as well as her writing about the revival of the 'prize winning conne' method of oil painting on photographs. She will also continue to write and record on the topics of self improvement, confidence and meditation and hopes to utilize these talents to assist veterans to overcome stress.
