/24-7PressRelease/ - EDMONTON, AB, CANADA, September 08, 2006 ~ Canadian author Carissa Reiniger will be participating in the popular Authors' Row at the venue-packed Edmonton Woman's Show, which is produced by Family Productions Inc. The Show will take place on October 14th and 15th at Northlands AgriCom in Edmonton, Alberta. "I think it is great to be working with a group of people with similar goals and interests," states Reiniger. "I am excited for what we, as a group, can accomplish."

Carissa Reiniger is the Founder and President of Silver Lining Ltd. Silver Lining works with small-medium sized businesses, helping them develop one-year business development plans and then uses communication strategies to ensure the business goals are met. In just under one year, Carissa has grown Silver Lining from a one-man show to a national company with offices in Toronto and Edmonton and a combined staff of 10.

In addition to all of her work and volunteer initiatives Carissa recently launched her self-published book Stories From Our Black Books which is a compilation of Canadian Women's relationship stories. Carissa's own Black Book is full. Having gone on about 400 dates in her 23 years, she has enough stories to fill the book. From bad dates to bad relationships to whirlwind romances, Carissa has experienced it all--minus dating someone whose name started with the letter X. Despite all of that, she has managed to find someone who she dated once and after learning how not to do it and realizing that life was better with him than without him, she is dating again 3 years later. Check out Chapter M for the full story.
