As a facility manager, Mr. Rollins oversees government properties and facilities. He manages the mechanical engineering department, as well as heating, ventilation and air-conditioning projects. With 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Rollins specializes in project and financial management, and research and development. He attributes his success to his hard work and determination.

A Certified Energy Manager, Mr. Rollins received a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Engineering. Mr. Rollins was recognized twice with the Legends in Energy distinction by The Association of Energy Engineers.
