Mr. Vitaver is most proud of the success he had in spearheading the turnaround of company profits and putting the balance sheet back in the black. He also reengineered and revitalized its organizational infrastructure, educational services, technologies, operations, finance and quality improvement processes, sales/marketing and customer services strategies to generate positive results. He previously served TAPE as Chief Operating Officer for close to four years. He started his career at IBM. He attributes his high success to building relationships in each organization he has served during his professional career, his education, personal background and work experience.

Mr. Vitaver holds Six Sigma Certification, an Executive MBA in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with Honors. He is affiliated with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Blue Steps, and The Executive Network, Inc. He has served as a keynote speaker at a number of conferences and seminars.
