A veteran nurse, Ms. Bain plans to parlay her professional background into a second career as the head of her own home health care service agency. Noted for expertise in direct patient care, Ms. Bain is currently working as a school nurse for Notre Dame Catholic Academy while she establishes her business. Ms. Bain holds a Master of Science in public administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She serves as president of her block association and is affiliated with the 57 Democratic Associations, ASPA, the Trinidad and Tobago Nursing Association, and Toastmasters International.
