With almost 25 years of experience as a family law attorney, Ms. O'Brian continues to share her knowledge and experience in working with clients and mentoring her two Associate Attorneys. As President of the firm, she also manages all aspects of the firm, including but not limited to the finances, marketing and advertising efforts, and representing clients in the collaborative law format. Her passion is assisting "unbundled" pro se clients. Ms. O'Brian was a sole proprietor prior to incorporating in 2004. Ms. O'Brian earned a JD from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (n/k/a Seattle University School of Law) in 1986. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1982. With a lifelong passion for the law, she began her career as a legal secretary and a paralegal before returning to school and obtaining her Bachelor's and JD degrees.
