A graduate of Corllins University, Mr. Hatten holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He went on to receive a second bachelor's degree in business two years later. Mr. Hatten has also completed studies in science hydraulic construction and engineering technology and has professional experience in hydrogen sulfide treatments, VOC/BOD/COD treatments, and ozone and oxygen engineering. He remains current in his industry through affiliations with the American Society of Civil Engineers and Water Environment Federation.
