Academy of Computer Education Wins Second Consecutive ATC of the Year Award

    GREENBELT, MD, November 08, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- An accredited university and the world's leading Certified Ethical Hacker training company, the Academy of Computer Education (ACE) has won the prestigious Accredited Training Center (ATC) of the Year Award for the second year in a row. Bestowed by the EC Council, a global leader in information security, information assurance training, and e-business certification, this award recognizes organizations who have made significant contributions to the international security community, and who have shown ongoing commitment to improving information and security education. Each year, the EC Council Awards Committee looks at their network of more than 450 training centers and selects only six worldwide to receive this honor: one each in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Africa, and Asia Pacific/Northeast Asia.

The ATC Award was announced and handed at out this year's Hacker Halted USA 2011 conference, held in Miami, Florida from October 21-27. When asked about receiving the award, CEO and founder of ACE, Ralph P. Site, Jr., CPA said, "It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve this certification even once, so to be recognized not one but two years in a row makes us really proud." The 2010 and 2011 awards also follow ACE's 2009 ATC Circle of Excellence Award and their lead instructor's 2009 and 2010 Instructor of the Year awards.
