Ms. Hayes' daily responsibilities include managing human resources, finance, quality assurance and the development of new service lines, such as specialty programs that provide neurobehavioral supports for post acute brain injuries.

Ms. Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts in human services at Metropolitan State University and furthered her accreditation in the field by becoming a nationally certified brain injury specialist and a licensed nursing home administrator. She has been acclaimed for her outstanding services by being enlisted into her company's REM Hall of Fame. Currently, she is mentoring others in employee engagement and is developing additional skills to be a life coach.
