athenahealth Uses MadCap Technical Communications Suite to Deliver State-of-the-Art Documentation and Online Help

- MadCap Contributor allows 45-plus subject matter experts to contribute and edit topics within an easy-to-use template, eliminating the need to manually cut and paste this information into athenahealth's Flare-based documentation.

- MadCap Feedback Service monitors how athenahealth customers are making use of the documentation and online Help, giving technical writers the insights into how to enhance the user experience.
