Mr. Flynn is a professional designer with two decades of experience and expertise in men's sportswear. For the past four years, he has served as the vice president of design for PVH Corporation, a leading manufacturer of global lifestyle brands and apparel. His position entails managing a team of three designers, creating new concepts, and overseeing all design choices. He determines what apparel designs will move forward, keeps current on trends and ensures that all timelines and budgets are met. Mr. Flynn attributes his success in this role to the people who support him with their integrity and hard work. Mr. Flynn pursued a career in design because he enjoys the mixture of architectural elements and aesthetics. He holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Pratt Institute. He also serves as an adjunct associate professor for the Fashion Institute of Technology where he has taught for many years and is certified for continuous employment. He is affiliated with the American Federation of Teachers Union.
