He attributes his success to his faith, perseverance, consistency, and ability to think outside the box. He became involved in his profession because of his love for entrepreneurship. He started selling cleaning and landscaping services door-to-door at the age of 8. At age 15 he had a landscaping company, employees, and learned about what being in business was all about.

Mr. Landgraf is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in business and international management at the University of Maryland, having completed coursework at Highline Community College, as well as four years of international certification courses in the areas of contracts, subcontracts, project management and procurement management. He received an ISO auditor certificate from the International Organization for Standardization in 2007. Mr. Landgraf is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Phi Theta Kappa, and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. In years to come, Mr. Landgraf intends to have 200-300 franchises and do more business internationally.
