/24-7PressRelease/ - KIEV, UKRAINE, March 25, 2007 - On March 20 the meeting of shareholders of Ukrgasbank OJSC JSB approved the increase in its authorized capital by UAH 100 million or 33.3% up to UAH 400 million. Such increase in the authorized capital was due to the additional issue of registered common shares with their UAH 1 par value.
Those additionally issued shares were redeemed by the current bank shareholders

Ukrgasbank was established in 1993. As of January 1, 2007, according to the NBU data and with respect to its total assets volume, the bank ranked 17 (UAH 4.461 billion) among 169 Ukrainian banks.
