Ms. Wade has been employed in the banking, operations, retail and human resources field for more than 30 years. For the past 12 years, she has worked as the senior vice president of FCB Services, Inc, where she specializes in human resource management, including the development of policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls. In addition, she conducts annual security training workshops and consults with subsidiary branches to confirm that services are in place.

Throughout her career, Ms. Wade has garnered several awards, including the President's Club Award, Retail Banking Center Manager of the Year award and recognition as sales team captain. When she is not working, she serves as executive treasurer of the Lexington Art League and advisory board member of the ITT Technical Institute.
