Ms. Ertel received an associate degree in medical office administration at Southern Adventist University in 1971. She sits on 5 Advisory Councils and also is a Fellow of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity. In years to come, Ms. Ertel hopes to further increase her international client base.
